The regular meeting of the Cobblestone Homeowners Association was held on the Tuesday, August 12th, 2023 at 7:30 PM. The meeting was led by President Brown, and included the presence of|was comprised of a reasonable number of homeowners.
A summary of the meeting included:
* Analyzing the ongoing community project, the park renovation.
* Negotiating homeowner concerns regarding parking.
* Approval of the proposed budget for next fiscal year.
The meeting was adjourned at around 9:00 PM. The next meeting is scheduled for October 15th, 2024.
